We will request some basic information on your business (e.g., financials, employees, your desired future role) in order to evaluate a potential partnership proposal. We are students of your business and are happy to work with whatever information is readily available.

Based on the information provided, we will provide you with a simple proposal for a partnership with your business. If you agree and want to move forward, we would both sign the letter of intent (non-binding) and proceed with due diligence.

We are capable of completing processes in 60 days or less. Your time is valuable, and we try to be as efficient as possible
