CEO

Teddy is the Chief Executive Officer of Winding Lane. 

Prior, Teddy was a founding member of the GI Partners Data Infrastructure fund (“GI DI”).  During his tenure, GI DI raised a $1.8B inaugural fund (~50% above initial target) and invested the majority of the fund.  He executed two platform investments, DRFortress and Bluepeak, and served as a Board Observer of both companies.

Earlier in his career, Teddy was an investment banker at Perella Weinberg Partners.

He holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Alex is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and operator.

He is Co-Founder of Heritage Holding, a private investment firm managing over $300M of equity capital and currently building businesses in the IT services, healthcare, digital infrastructure, and business services sectors.  Heritage has completed 25 acquisitions since its founding in 2015.  Alex previously served as co-CEO of Maicom, Heritage’s first company, which provides design & maintenance services for data centers and data transport networks.

Prior to Heritage, Alex was an investment banker at Barclays.

He holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Clayton has over a decade of investing and operating experience.

He currently serves as the Vice President of Datacor, a global high-growth software business, leading go-to-market strategy, customer support, and M&A.  Over the past 7 years at Datacor, Clayton has led 8 acquisitions, launched an integrated payments offering, opened a center for excellence in Costa Rica, and expanded the executive team.  Clayton also worked on the underwriting for the original Datacor acquisition in 2016.

Prior to Datacor, Clayton was an investor at TA Associates, a $20B global growth private equity firm, and an investment banker at JP Morgan.

He holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Kent has decades of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and operator.

He is currently the CEO of Granite Point Partners, Partner & Co-founder at Compounding Labs and the Chairman and former CEO of a Northern California based health care company.

Kent has invested in and advised over 100 middle market growth companies across a myriad of sectors including FieldEdge (acquired by Advent International), Performance Systems Integration (acquired by The Riverside Company), World Wide Security (acquired by Leonard Green & Partners), and Flint Group (acquired by General Atlantic).

Earlier in his career, Kent was a regional CFO for Pepsi and a management consultant at EY.

He holds a B.S. from USC and an M.B.A. from UCLA.
